Chick-n-Elly's
122A S Central Ave Eureka, MO 63025
Chick-n-Elly's owner, Nick Leiber, brought Chick-n-Elly's to Eureka Missouri in the Winter of 2008, with a vision of creating a small hometown restaurant. Trained at The Culinary Institute of California, and studied fine dining in Hawaii, Nick infuses every dish he creates with his extensive knowledge and passion for perfection. Nick knew that greater challenges and opportunities awaited him in his hometown. He decided to name the restaurant after his famous recipe for fried chicken and his dear little niece Ellie Leiber. At this point, Chick-n-Elly's became a landmark for Eureka.
In 2008, Nick began a career as owner of Chick-n-Elly's. His father, Robert Leiber retired from the Carpenters Union to fulfill his dream of a "short order cook" and to help get the business up and running for his son. Working with his family, he is able to continue to experiment with different types of food while serving the famous "Horseshoe" breakfast daily.
Chick-n-Elly's is committed to delivering only the finest foods, made with the freshest ingredients. All of our dishes are made from scratch. We serve daily specials and look forward to meeting everyone soon.
